As a road for cultural integration and exchange between the East and West, the ancient Silk Road has contributed greatly to the common prosperity of mankind. As part of the historical record of the ancient Silk Road, Kucha murals are known as “seas of stories” for their wonderful and abundant content. The exhibition will demonstrate the murals of Kucha, the pearl of the Silk Road, in four units, namely “Desert Relics”, “Magnificent Landscape”, “Glory of Humanity” and “Cultural Continuity”. The multicultural integration and collision will be displayed in a rhombic-themed online exhibition hall. The pursuit of truth, kindness, and beauty will be illustrated through the stories of earnestness, sincerity, sacrifice, and virtue in Kucha’s mural paintings. This exhibition tells the story of the Silk Road and the historical roots of the Belt and Road Initiative.

Som en vej til kulturel integration og udveksling mellem Østen og Vesten har den gamle Silkevej bidraget en stor del til menneskehedens fælles velstand. Som en del af den historiske optegnelse af den gamle Silkevej er Kuchas vægmalerier kendt som “historiernes hav” for deres vidunderlige og rige indhold. Denne udstilling viser Kuchas vægmalerier, Silkevejens Perle, og inddeles i fire afsnit; “Ørkens Relikvier”, “Storslået Landskab”, “Menneskehedens Herlighed” og “Kulturel Kontinuitet”. Den multikulturelle integration og sammenstød vil blive vist i en rombisk virtuel udstillingshal. Jagten på sandhed, venlighed og skønhed bliver illustreret gennem fortællinger om alvor, oprigtighed, opofrelse og dyd i Kuchas vægmalerier. Denne udstilling fortæller historien om Silkevejen og den historiske baggrund for “Belt and Road”-initiativet.
