Longquan celadon first appeared during the time of the Three Kingdoms (220-280 CE) and the Jin Dynasty (265-420 CE), flourished during the times of the Song (960-1279) and Yuan (1279-1368) Dynasties, and has been resurrected in modern times. In 2009, the traditional fire technique of Longquan celadon was chosen to be included in the “Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity”, making it the only selected ceramic project at that time. This virtual journey explores Baoxi Township, Longquan City, with short videos and images of, among other places, Longquan Celadon Museum, Dayao Longquan Kiln Archaeological Site Park, and Shen Guanglong Sword Shop.
