The event in title of “Yellow River” was held on the 15th of September in Copenhagen as part of the “2022 China Tourism and Culture Week”.
Considered as the “Mother River of China”, the Yellow River is one of the important birthplaces of Chinese civilization. In the present time, the Yellow River basin is, much like other areas of China, going through a period of time where significant shifts are taking place.
During the course of the event, the young Chinese pianist SONG Chunyu gave a performance of “Piano Solo-Yellow River, a Chinese classical music masterpiece, providing an insight into both the history of the Yellow River and the Chinese spirit.
The documentary titled “Wonders Along the Yellow River”, which is about the Yellow River Basin, was also screened and showcased the natural landscapes, vibrant cultures, and contemporary lifestyles that are found around the Yellow River Basin.
Furthermore, the staff from the China Cultural Center in Copenhagen demonstrated how to prepare oil-splashed Biang Biang noodle, which is extremely popular in the areas that are located near the Yellow River. In addition to this dish, there was also served homemade Huamo, traditional steamed bread and intangible cultural heritage from the Yellow River area, Shaanxi Jingyang Fu brick tea, along with traditional handicraft decorations from Shaanxi province, which together create the atmosphere of the local lifestyle of the areas along the Yellow River.

Eventet med titlen “Den Gule Flod” blev afholdt den 15. september i København som en del af “2022 Kina Turisme og Kulturuge”.
Betragtet som “Moderfloden i Kina”, er Den Gule Flod et af de vigtige fødesteder for den kinesiske civilisation. På nuværende tidspunkt gennemgår Den Gule Flods bassinet, ligesom andre områder i Kina, en periode med betydelige ændringer.
Under eventet gav den unge kinesiske pianist SONG Chunyu en opførelse af “Piano Solo – Den Gule Flod”, et klassisk kinesisk musik mesterværk, hvilket gav et indblik i både Den Gule Flods historie og den kinesiske ånd.
Dokumentarfilmen med titlen “Vidundere Langs Den Gule Flod”, som handler om Den Gule Flods bassin, blev også vist og viste de naturlige landskaber, storslået kulturer og moderne livsstil, som findes omkring Den Gule Flod.
Ydermere demonstrerede personalet fra det kinesiske kulturcenter i København, hvordan man tilbereder oliestænkede Biang Biang-nudler, som er en ekstrem populær ret i de områder, der ligger nær Den Gule Flod. Udover denne ret blev der også serveret hjemmelavet Huamo (traditionelt dampet brød og immateriel kulturarv fra Den Gule Flod området), Shaanxi Jingyang Fu te, sammen med traditionelle kunsthåndværksdekorationer fra Shaanxi-provinsen, som tilsammen skaber atmosfæren af den lokale livsstil af områderne langs Den Gule Flod.
