In celebration of the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Denmark and China and to promote bilateral exchange in children’s publishing, Egmont (Denmark), POSTS & TELECOM PRESS (China) and China Cultural Center in Copenhagen will host “When Danish Fairy Tales Meet Chinese Stories: China-Denmark Children’s Publishing Exchange and Cooperation Exhibition” at the China Cultural Center in Copenhagen from September 23 to October 6, 2025.
The exhibition comprises three sections:
- Centennial Dissemination of Hans Christian Andersen’s Fairy Tales in China;
- Exhibition of Translated Children’s Books Between China and Denmark; and
- Panda Honor List of China Picture Books’ Decade of Excellence Exhibition, collectively showcasing representative achievements in China-Denmark children’s publishing collaboration over the past century.
