The “Harmony Together for a Friendly Future – Youth International Photography Exchange Exhibition” opened on June 4, 2025, at the China Cultural Center in Copenhagen. The exhibition will run through June 17.

This“Harmony Together for a Friendly Future – Exhibition of International Youth Photography” presents outstanding works by young photographers from multiple countries, selected from the Silk Road Youth International Photography Exhibition. As the first international public welfare photography initiative themed around Silk Road culture, this exhibition revolves around the core theme “My Homeland”, aiming to inspire young people across the world to document civilizations through the lens and engage in dialogue through images. These young talents are witnesses and contributors to the cultural exchange and mutual learning fostered along the Silk Road.

Structured around four major themes—ecological civilization, intangible cultural heritage, architectural design, and human creativity—this exhibition presents traditional culture through rich and diverse perspectives, while capturing the pulse of innovation in modern cities. It reflects the younger generation’s thoughtful engagement with the idea of civilization harmony.

As we commemorate the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Denmark, we hope this cross-cultural conversation in light and shadow will allow youth to witness the beauty of civilizations and use their cameras to build bridges of lasting friendship. May the stars of individual brilliance converge into a shared galaxy of harmony and mutual appreciation.
